Narrow window

Don't you hate it when that happens, Rocky? In the kind of market many of us are seeing these days, those windows of oppotunity keep narrowing all the time.

Rocky these Sellers are foolish in my opinion.  By not waiting 24 hours to considers other offers which might be higher than the 2 they received does not make sense to me.

So frustrating. I have to believe, though, that your buyer will be much happier with the home they eventually do buy.

Hi Rocky- I'd like to believe that things almost always work out for the best. What a shame that your buyer didn't even get to see the property. And the seller?  who knows what offers they may have missed out on.

What a shame the door closed on the opportunity for your buyer. Anxious dogs, huh?! That's a new one. Guess the seller was happy with what they had in hand with just the 2 showings.

Just to be clear you could not come to our home between 6pm and f 7:30pm it id feeding time of the cats and the dog... Diane would not allow it:)) and clearly in this market it is fine two offers are better than 15 offers just think of all the head aches of deciding:))Endre
