What are your thoughs on the Caribbean Real Estate Market???

Kareeem, it's a pleasure to meet you!  Our office in Wisconsin sells island property in the Apostle Islands region of Lake Superior.

I met a Saint Thomas agent at the LuxuryRealEstate.com Spring Retreat about a year ago.  We chatted about prices and where your buyers come from.

She agreed there seems to be an increased number of buyers from the U.S. Midwest and Northeastern States who are shopping for a retirement or second home in the Caribbean.
