Forestar Real Estate, the company that's overseen the development called The Ridge at Heathbrook in Ocala, is planning to petition the city to adjust the classification of the community. Forestar is seeking a recategorization of The Ridge at Heathbrook to a "Community Development District," or a CDD, which would open them up to receive numerous benefits.
