Great Tool For Appointment Setting

I'm not sure I'm going to use this, but it's definitely worth looking into.

I found an online Flash Calendar that people can use to schedule appointments with you. The reason I'm not sure I'll use this is I'm not sure I want this open to the public. The reason I might want to use this is my dedicated agents can see my schedule and add loan document signings to it.

One of the issues I've had is scheduling conflicts. If my agents can see my schedule while they're on the phone setting a signing appointment, it will help them know for sure when I am available.

Dennis, I'm going to check it out and I'll let you know!

Yeah I will take a look at it. I don't know if I would want my everyone seeing my schedule... I could see pros and cons... I'm undecided let me know what you decide on.
