Is Your Office Chair, Comfortable and Supportive Enough, For You?

Is your office chair comfortable and supportive enough, for you?  I am not referring to your relationship either.  Smiles.  I am referring to your chair.  Wink.

How much time, do you spend in your office chair?  Whatever kind of chair you sit in or on, you want to make sure that it is meeting your needs.  Is it comfortable enough for you?  Is it supportive enough for you?  Does it have or offer Lumbar Support?  This photo above is a chair that I have in my office, that is so comfortable.  Even when your significant other is not supportive enough, you can always count on your chair.  Lol.

For many years, I had an office chair that was not right for me and that was not supportive enough for my needs. I also slept on a bed/futon that was not supportive enough for me.  If you do not have the proper bedding and proper chair, you could be harming your body.  The photo is a chair that I currently have and I will buy another one this week to place at my other desk in my office.  Sometimes I like to play musical chairs and sometimes I just need a change of scenery so I will hit one of my other office desks.  I do not sell this chair so please do not be calling me or blowing up my phone or email about buying or renting this chair.  Ok?  lol.  I bought this chair at Office Depot.  Check the internet for sales on chairs.  Notice this chair has a Lumbar Support that is quite nice.

Let's us remember that our health is our wealth and our wealth physically should be important enough for us all to take care of.

My name is David Snell and I own a small business called Executive Restoration LLC that is based out of Mint Hill/Charlotte, North Carolina and I just love inspecting homes and buildings to see what is going on with them.  For example, what are you breathing?  Have you had prior water damage?  Leaks?  The list goes on and so does the beat.

Hello David - in my opinion, an office chair should be as comfortable as it fits the person who is knowledgeable enough to understand its function as a temporary space.  Movement from that chair is important as well.  It's not something that is a permanent home.  Not even for a day nor a "work shift".

Hello David... everytime I shop for a new office chair, I spend a lot of time testing them out in the store before settling on one.
