When I found my passion and it grew enormously when after six months as a real estate agent under the guidance of Tom Young. A former pilot in the Air Force and a real estate broker. It was an awesome six months with him, unfortunately, or fortunately, one of my sellers, Jerry Hatton suggested we move to Phoenix, Arizona a frightening event for moving toward the unknown. Then I found my passion, again helping people make important decisions in either buying or selling a home.
Many times, people have talked with me indicating they want to do what I do. Unfortunately, only two have taken my advice and became successful as real agents.
As for myself, some say I sleep, eat and penetrate real estate.
Now Let's Talk About You! You are the important one here on this topic. YOU. What is your passion? Have you fired it up? Does thinking about it excite, create happiness, and inspire you? If not, maybe it is not the right area for you to spend your life with. It may be uncomfortable, but maybe you need to look for other areas of your life to find something that your passion will be unbelievable.
Some day if not already you will see just how fast life moves along, just how quickly time seems to fly by. And before you know it, you begin to look back at the past 10 years, or even 50 years and wonder what went wrong, what kept you from finding your passion and enjoying life far more than you have up to now.
Take some time right now to think about these things! I mean NOW! Do not say your too busy, average people use that filthy word, but you are not average. I hear that unfortunate four-letter word far too many times from people all of the time. Go ahead take 15 minutes, go into privacy, and think about what your passion is. Now fire it up! And if you do not have one, devote time to yourself to find your passion
