Owners of million dollar homes are defaulting on their mortgages. More than one in every 600 homes in Pierce County is in some stage of foreclosure. Housing prices are down, the Justice Department has charged hundreds in mortgage fraud schemes, and it's getting harder to get a loan. Have you missed payments? Are you trying to sell?
