84 new listings (compared to 62 last week)
53 pended (compared to 75 last week)
53 sold (compared to 109 last week)
278 active as of 7/13/21 at 12:30 pm (compared to 275 last week)
$537,250 is the median active list price (compared to $599,990 last week)
Condominium -
17 new listings (compared to 18 last week)
15 pended (compared to 16 last week)
6 sold (compared to 22 last week)
51 active (compared to 44 last week)
$360,000 is the median active list price (compared to $394,450 last week)
Listings made a slight comeback on the residential side after the holiday week and end-of-the-month closings. We are still very much in a seller's market, in Whatcom County, as you can see by the pending/sold vs listed numbers.
