Chef Dolores served one of her wonderful baked eggplant dishes for our lunch at home. My beverage selection was Sierra Nevada Wanderland Nectarine Ale. Drink responsibly. 7.5 % Alc. by Vol.

We have grown eggplant in our garden and it is quite beautiful Roy, the color is so deep that it is almost black in hue. The meal by Chef Delores sounds amazing and nectarine ale? Wow!
