STOWE, VERMONT Area HOME Sales Market REPORT - Comparison between the 1st half of 2021 to the 1st Half of 2020.
As we have seen throughout the country, real estate sales have seen an increase in not just the number of sales, but in the median and average sale prices. Also, the inventory of available homes has seen an exceptional decrease. The Stowe, Vermont area is certainly no exception. When the country went into an overall lockdown due to COVID 19, many people desired an escape from the city life. Vermonters love the outdoors and it's easy to just walk outside and breathe. Also, Vermont handled the health crisis well and continues to do so.

Obviously, it has been and continues to be a Sellers' market in this area. Some towns are starting to see some much needed added inventory and some price reductions as the approach of the school year approaches.
