Something new to try and do more up close videos.

By
Real Estate Broker/Owner with Hamm Homes

This hopes my I 12 phone and make it easy to do up close videos to share with clients, friends and people in the rain.  Of course I worry with my looks and voice if I will turn people off.  Of course there are a number of topics I can talk on and maybe even something to talk about  for a  zoom meetings .

Make it a great day!

I avoid video like the plague! Also, I have little patience for watching video. If a video pops up while I'm scrolling Facebook, unless it is very short and to the point, I will scroll past it. This isn't meant to discourage you if you have an interest in it, but try to keep your clips short and to the point to keep the viewers attention. (You know we have the attention span of a gnat.)

Good luck!

When you were doing videos before, I thought they were quite good, so I am happy that you will start doing them again.

Superior Service!

I know that you can do it Will! Quick tips: 1) Always position the camera above the height of your nose. 2) Always have at least an outline (if not a full script) on what you will say. 3) Have no light source behind you, and multiple light sources in front of you. 4) Do several test videos to see what you want to change.
Looking forward to see what you start posting from these!

I really don't like doing close up videos, but sometimes I'll force myself to do it.  Good luck with that!
