Saturday Lunch at Home

 

Chef Dolores served a wonderful spinach and mushroom quiche for our lunch at home. My beverage selection was Sam Adams Pale Ale. The aroma in our home is that of baking brownies and we had a warm brownie for dessert. Life is good!

Chef Dolores uses Ghirardelli Brownie Mix, one of her favorites. She gets it at Costco.

Hello Roy - I am man enough to say I like quiche and while I think I may have had more than a taste of Sam Adams ale(though I can't swear of its paleness), I am definitely not an expert.  Here's to more good times, good meals and many happily-ever-afters.
