Kibitzed with clients lately?
Excellent communication is good for business relationships and can encourage successful outcomes. Picking up the phone and making the call or visiting in person shows sincerity.
Following through quickly when I agree to do something for clients is just as important. If something keeps me accomplishing that, I relay that as soon as possible as well.
At this point in my career, more than 85% of business is referral based. Past clients refer me to friends and family members due to an established trust relationship.
The work pipeline continues to grow as buyers wish to make southern Utah their final destination or sellers move on for reasons of their own.
Kibitzing with past clients means being the agent to call for future business. Recently, an offer was accepted for a new residence and I will sell their current one after closing.
Am off to kibitz with some past clients and drop off some fresh fruits and vegetables to several places.
