Creamy Chicken and Broccoli last night!
Thank you Will Hamm for your original blog.
With left left over chicken the other night I use it up in this recipe.
12 oz of bow ties 3 tablespoons of olive oil, cut up chicken from leftovers 3 cups of broccoli florets, 2 red peppers cut into strips i cup chicken broth and container 5.2 oz of spreadable cheese.
Cook and drain pasta according to direction. If you do not have left over chicken, heat olive oil over medium high heat. Ass cut up chicken and stir 3 to 5 mins until chicken is light browned. Remove chicken and add broccoli, red peppers, and chicken broth.
Cover and cook, stirring occasionally 5 to 7 minutes or until broccoli os tented, ( time enough for you to have a little wine)
Return chicken to shillet and cook for 2 to 3 mins longer, remove from heat .
Add cheese then pasta, combing gently until cheese is melted. Enjoy.
