After months on the market this wonderful loft in Downtown Cincinnati sold within days of staging by Design To Market. As is often the case, the open floor plan and unique features made it difficult to visualize the wonderful livability of this space. Adding warm and inviting furnishings did the trick!

Jo ~ Love that furniture in the living room area. It fits a loft very well.

Great job - love those thick rugs - I think buyers want to take their shoes off because they feel so soft

Love the unique furniture - is it from your own inventory, Jo? It truly does help to define these open, lofty spaces - sometimes the ceiling height is intimidating, and just "grounding" some defined spaces helps a lot. Happy Staging - Julie

Congratulations on this successful staging story. How fortunate you are to live in a big city where they have lofts! I would love to stage a loft sometime during my staging career, I guess I need to get out of the suburbs! Great staging!

Those furnishings look great in the loft. Helps to break up the "bowling alley" effect when it was vacant.

Barbara, Thanks for the comment. We have often found that vivid accent colors are effective in adding interest to large open spaces.

No wonder it sold, it looks fantastic. What an interesting space, I've always thought lofts were so neat.
