Looking up from our vantage point as we sat on the deck, I noticed this fun combination of landscaping that looks like they are all together in the same spot.
The Monterey Pine tree is actually across the way from the fresh water channel that flows into the spawning grounds. Closest to us is the yucca that is in bloom, those white cone shaped flowers.
Next to it is a tall hibiscus. And, further down is the giant white and blue bird of paradise. And a hibiscus flower appears to be part of the bird flower. This is a wild and lovely combination.
