Be Safe, Not Sorry.

There will be no arguing on my feed.  I'm sharing info to remind us that we might want to follow protocols for showings whether at our listings or with our buyers.

Here is an abundant of info from Florida Realtors.  Florida Realtors CoVid Safety Info

My personal beliefs are that we are all able to read, research and think for ourselves.  Form you own opinions and do what is best for you.  Protect your buyers and sellers from lawsuits the best you can.

For listings, I ask sellers to open close doors, turn on lights, open a few cabinets and to leave a try of supplies I provide with sanitizer, gloves, masks, zip lock bags, wipes and instructions.  I leave a trash can outside for the trash.  I also leave items outside if there is a protected area for them, that way agents can use wipes before opening the lockbox.

For Buyers, I keep supplies in my car for them to use.

Better to be safe than sorry.

Hi Dee-I think that every agent, buyer, and seller has to decide what they're comfortable with. Supplying supplies is a good idea.
