Free list of homes for sale - My new website

Point2Agent has been a website that I have been using for over a year now. Unlike many real estate agents who have using the Point2Agent website and have found success while using it,I don't get leads on this site. So I decided to change the domain name to free list of homes for sale hoping that this will improve my search engine ranking on Google,Yahoo etc. So far I haven't gotten any leads yet. But this website is still a work in progress.

I still plan on adding some things to it such as Audio/Music,IDX,Blogs,Open house announcements and more things to my website to improve my search engine ranking and attract more home buyers and sellers who need information on the home buying and selling process.

So if you have any suggestions,comments or ideas,please let me know. I am hoping the domain name free list of homes for sale will attract buyers to my website. My website is www.freelistofhomesforsale.com. I am thinking of using this domain name as my new outside blog.

I get great leads from my point2 site.I don't think its the domain name but more of the marketing approach to get people to it!

Lanre - I, too, have a P2 site for almost two years. Hhmmm, I do get quite a few leads from it - I wonder what we are doing differently? My domain name isn't the key because, quite honestly, two years ago I wasn't thinking and it is not a good domain name. Let us know how it goes with your switch up.

Well good luck Lanre. I don't get loads of leads off it, but I do have one coming in to buy on Saturday because of it. Have you ran your site through one of those free website graders to find out what's missing?

That's a pretty good domain name, but like some others have pointed out, your SEO is probably going to be more important than any particular name. Mary McNight with RSS Pieces who is also on Active Rain writes excellent articles about search engine optimization as do others. Reading what they have to say and incorporating it into your website can make a significant difference. Best Wishes.

Lanre, I love your new web site! Your domain name sounds great also, but I truly have no clue when it comes to tech things, so DON''T take my advice, lol...I loved Lola's comments. I need to check it out myself.

I get leads from Point2 quite often but don't use them for my website.
