“She Said Call Joe”
Morning Joe,
How are you doing, I have an embarrassing situation and as usual my wife was right. As soon as we decided to refinance, she said call Joe, but stupidly I thought it would be easier working with our current mortgage servicer. The bank is (Flagstar) Their communication sucks and the follow-up even worse.
I've been working with them since April and we are now in August and still we are nowhere, I ask for them to issue me a letter stating that we are no longer going forward with the refi, but they have not done so yet. Because of their slow to process things and market upturn I would also like to change the terms of the refi and get some cash out for repairs.
I gave them a horrible review, they should be taught to do mortgages by you. What a waste of time.
Please make some time for us so that we can get our refinance done.
I suppose I should be thankful that this lender could not get the refinance done, but this kind of service is pretty bad and hurts all of us in the mortgage business.
