Some of you might have heard....this week in Redding, CA...a home listed at $205,000 that was bank owned had 27 offers submitted to buy the house. The Bank is deciding which one to go for. Another home in our office was listed at $200,000 on Monday and in 6 hours had a full price contract accepted. Another home in the $300 range had 7 offers prior to one being accepted.
Not bad for a "dead market". Over 35 qualified buyers ready to go early this week. Still many good buys n Redding, CA
