Hello Ed - sometimes "truth in advertising" leads to questions of "disclosure".  Real estate is nothing if not interesting.  

Atleast the Seller is being transparent by telling potential Buyers of the possible Defects of the neighbourhood. 

Ed the sign is funny, but what is also funny is that this homeowner things someone else wants to live next to an idiot ....... LOL

I think that sign is funny because since they are trying to sell their home themselves, that makes them an idiot in my mind as well, haha.
