Declutter, Declutter, Declutter.

I am sure all of your home decor is absolutely beautiful, but potential buyers like to envision their belongings in a space.

They need the open space to make this happen.

They do not need to be hipnotized by the overstuffed blue lounger that has been in the family forever.

So, decluttering and moving furniture out is a great place to start when readying your home for sale.

Let's talk about what other steps you should take, like hiring me as your agent. 😉 #thehelpfulagent #home #houseexpert #house #listreports #icanhelp #homeowners #forsale #realtor #realestate #realestateagent

Clutter is a big negative to a potential buyer.  Just yesterday I took a buyer into a house and they literally had to walk sideways in the living room

Great information that could be applied to every day living as well.  Sometimes this is a hard task for people.  I have a great team that I refer to anyone who needs them to declutter, and assist, with making some of the hard decisions.
