These are some challenging and uncertain times we face.  We should all keep in mind that it is really a Blessing in disguise.  Facing uncertainty can be a good thing, as it forces us to step out of our comfort zone and finds ways to be creative and resourceful.  Many things around us are changing and are out of our control.  It is important to both recognize and embrace change, then step out of your comfort zone, face the world and holler (as one famous President once said) "Bring it on!!!"

Comfort may mean sitting in the office waiting for the phone to ring...and newbies who come and go quickly will find this doesn't work.  We mentored someone and once she finally did what we told her to do...and really worked with her sphere...the listings and buyers followed...funny how that works !

Susan,

Stepping outside of our box/comfort zone is not always the most pleasant thing to do.  Nor is the stretching aspect but, it is a necessary thing to do when we are in slow times or when we want to grow.  Thank you for the reminder.

YOu definitely need to get outside the comfort zone.  It's something I struggled with and still struggle with.  The greatest achievers are the ones who stepped outside the comfort zone and truly challenged themselves!

Stepping out of your comfort zone is something that a lot of us need to do including me. But like Bill said, the greatest achievers stepped out of their comfort and truly challenged themselves. So if I want to be like the great ones,I have to step out of my comfort zone. Great post.
