Kindness may seem to some as a huge word as well as task. I noticed a sign recently that said, "be kind!" Where does kindness begin?
Kindness begins with being kind to oneself. It means finding the way to silence the inner self critics that live in one's conscioussness. It also means, applying that same principle to others you meet.
It may seem difficult to live life this way, because it takes practice, and more practice on a daily basis. The urge to be snarky is tempting. However, it is well worth staying on course. It is worth it, because in the long run, life just keeps getting better and better!
