September Challenge - 

 We have such an amazing group of members who participate EVERY Tuesday on our ZOOM calls. 

All of this began with a morning coffee that Marie Story first hosted in May of 2020. A devoted group of ActiveRain members carried the weekly meet-ups from that week on…, and we have not missed a week since - that adds up to 66 wonderful weeks!

 

We have had some AMAZING presenters and this month’s challenge is to add some ideas for future presentations at our ZOOM meet-ups. The last quarter of 2021 is wide open for speakers…

 

So who would you like to hear?

What topic would you like discussed?

On what subject would you like to speak?


Here are just a few ideas:

 

Panels - what panel topics would you like to participate in? We have a LOT of retirees in our AR membership. How did you plan for retirement? 

 

Topics - what would you like to hear, and who do you recommend?

  • Home Inspection Updates
  • Divorce
  • Choosing a Broker 
  • Panel on holding transactions together
  • Condos, coops nightmares
  • Making a home accessible
  • Wells and septic
  • Creative negotiations- suggestions for a panel
  • RE Teams vs. Independent Agents/Brokers
  • Hobbies that incorporate or focus on RE, i.e., golf, art, horses, beach, resort, skiing, travel.
  • RE technology
  • Remote closings
  • Sharing or Designing Your Home office

 

There is so much knowledge, talent, creativity, and professionalism in our membership here in the Rain.

We would relish hearing a presentation from YOU or have you join us on Tuesdays to hear your suggestion for a presenter/panel. If you attend one meeting, rest assured, you’ll be hooked!
