How to Release Negative Attitudes from the Past Part I

 

In case, you have been thinking about, or you know of someone who is. Now could be or IS the time to begin now!

I have been like this in the past, like where something just came along to me just when I needed it. Thinking about the future is as bad or could be considered worse, it has not even happened yet. What if it does not happen, you would have worried for nothing.

 When it comes to releasing negative attitudes from the past, it could be from forty years ago or even just last week! You know last week, a 20-year-old war supposedly ended by the US surrendering is what it appeared to be. It was said millions of dollars of equipment was left behind bellowing to the US! Somewhere else I heard it was all destroyed by US military personnel. Then I saw one picture of this happening but only on one piece of equipment.

 Were they all destroyed or just a couple, so it doesn’t look bad? But why leave it? Never has our military left anything near that (a would assume ordered by the Commander in Chief, President of the United States. And either hundreds or thousands of Americans and residents of Afghanistan who helped us Were Americans lied to more than the Taliban?  Some day we will learn the rest of the story.

 Think of other personal events you have had in the past, divorce, abduction, so many possibilities of past disappointing events, can eat at us if we let it.
