Cynthia:  It's so nice to read some good news for a change and hear that your market is doing well.  For those of us who are experiencing tougher times, we will break out of this cycle.  It's just a matter of time.  Keep up the good work.

Cynthia,  The media always forgets to mention that real estate is local...I'm glad your place is doing well, it looks like a wonderful and inexpensive place to live.

Seems to me that a 98.57 ratio of list price to sale price is interesting.  That is only possible in a pretty steady market.

Cynthia - Great reminder that real estate is local.  Yes houses are still selling, and I agree with Lenn that the ratio of list/sale price is an indication of a good market.

Your market looks great!  I thought of you today...I was in our local 4th of July Parade and we were honoring Vietnam Vets...you must feel patriotic every day in your area!

You have some very good points here.  So anyone looking to buy or sell, or a Military Family relocating now know that in your area the market is just fine.  That's important for anyone to know.

Hi Donna,
Yes, you will.  Buyers will be back and you'll be ready for them.

Carole,
I was talking with someone last night who has a daughter in your area and she told me what she paid for a 1 bedroom apartment.  Those prices still just blow my mind!  So yes, in comparison my area is a bargain for sure.

Hello Lenn,
You are right, it is a steady market here though some of the other towns and communities are not faring quite as well.

Hi Cynthia,

The media hype really gets old. There are pockets that are hurting right now, but thankfully  we are both in an area that is still doing business. Have a wonderful week!

Hi Joan,
Well someone has to tell it like it really is!

Jennifer,
If we could just get the consumers to come to us for their information instead of the media, all would benefit.

Hello Diane,
It still amazes me how much more patriotic I feel since I started working with military families.  Being in such close proximity with the military, does make one much more aware.  Thank you.

Cynthia, your market looks great! I looked at mine the other day and it's 98.7 list to sale price. Pretty amazing! Our markets must be a lot alike. Have fun on the 4th!
