I get frequent emails from "Bert and Ernie's" or "Fred and Ethyl's" auction service that I delete without reading, but this one caught my eye - it is a city for sale! The founder bought up the land that surrounds the entrance to a national park and tourist attraction in New Mexico years ago and built this city! What a hoot - own your own city!

That would be great to own your own town. I get a lot of invertors, some just have more money than they know what to do with. So, I will ask them if they would like to own their own town.
I once helped an auctioneer sell an entire downtown of a small town in Texas . The seller was a University that didn't want to own a gift of real estate. It was very interesting.
