Speechless Sacrifices

Ron and Alexandra Seigel - Men and Women have shed their blood through armed conflict, foreign and civil war. 

Anna Banana Kruchten CRS, CRB, Phoenix Broker - Yesterday or the day before I watched a tribute to special women who were first hand witnesses or in one of the Towers when it collapsed. There were many including aFire Fighter, Police Woman, Reporter,  woman from the front desk lobby inside the Marriott Hotel sandwiched in between the two towers, and others including the last person to be pulled out of the wreckage, a very brave woman saved under all that debris days later. 

Myrl Jeffcoat - You're very perceptive. I am glad you got the message I was trying to convey about the importance of not forgetting history. Bringing up the rear of your comments, "Those who do, are condemned to repeat," are strong and penetrating words that everyone should remember.

Debra Leisek - It was a sight to behold. Throughout our lives we take risks and many believed we had a right to live life freely without giving thought to why we were able to live in a free country. The word free doesn't mean you don't work, pay taxes, get free food, education, or give back to your community. We owe a debt of gratitude to everyone who served honorably because we were the recipients of a a free nation. Today, people who believe in the Constitution need to fight harder than ever in our lifetime. Our freedom depends on it. For many years now, especially in recent years, I heard over and over, 'believe in your power.' Something is amiss. Your power has nothing to do with living in a free country. Blood was shed. We must never forget our humble beginnings and the reason why liberty, justice, and freedom is a sacred gift because of the number of soldiers who fought for it.  

Wendy Rulnick - It took my breath away and gave me so much to think about. For the past 24 years, that clock always had an array of flowers planted. This is the first time they planted all 3,000 flags with lights on the ground in between the flags. The people who did that cared. They really, really cared.
