Sunland, California Real Estate Trends August 2021

On August 9, 2021, Realtor.com reported that in Sunland, California median list price was $799,999 in August of 2021 down from $847,000 in July of 2021, but jumped 13.0% from $699,000 in August of 2020. While, median sales price for a home and a condo was $810,000 in August of 2021, rose 11.0% from August of 2020 in Sunland, California.

Houses stayed 50.00 days in the market in August of 2021 down from 61.00 days in July of 2021, and declined from 52.00 days in August of 2020 in Sunland, California.

The median listing price per square foot of a home and a condo was $524.00 in August of 2021 gained from $500.00 in July of 2021, and increased 12.0% from $459.00 in August of 2010 in Sunland, California.

Your figures are a little confusing as it would seem that the median price in August 2020 would have been $699,000 and in August 202 the median price was $799,999 for an increaas in value of  almost 13%
