Lead Referrals

I had some questions about lead referrals on AR. I am not sure exactly what they all are. I know you send referrals to other agents, but I have been on AR for almost 2 years now and have not recieved one referral. Am I doing something wrong or is there something you need to do? Any advice would help.

Hi Collette. I just wanted to tell you not to get discouraged. I've looked over your blog and you are writing for local content, and you do interact with others. Your profile looks good also btw.

Hang in there, sometimes it takes more time in certain areas of the country than others.
