I enjoyed her full talk, James Dray, but I think you watched the best part.  I am always amazed at those that do so much after starting out in a difficult childhood.  If you do end up watching the rest, I hope you enjoy it.

Thank you very much, Grant Schneider.  It was a good conference.  The secret is implementing what I have learned.  One step at a time.

I appreciate you dropping by, Brian England.  We had three days of great speakers.  It was tough to pick the best.  I may have to feature a few others.  In particular, there was an agent that escaped Vietnam at a very young age.  He told the story of each one of the kids in his family climbing up a rope ladder at a very young age to board a boat.  He was the first to go, then the rest of his siblings.  After all the kids were aboard, they begged for their parents to be let on board.  They were lucky.  The previous two days they had tried and failed.  How do you go from a stranger in a strange land to a very successful business man?

That story hit a personal note for me.  In my paint business, one of my first employees was a Vietnamese doctor that escaped in a similar manner.  He was one of the best employees ever.  He even brought me lunch ever day, though I tried to say no. Just think, he was a trained doctor and he had to paint.  He was a good man and always had a smile on his face.

Hi Kathy Streib.  For a long time, I thought I would get to a destination and be done.  The older I get, the less that is true.  Build, build, build!

I would love to hear your story, Endre Barath, Jr. I had a professor in college that lived under communist rule in Poland.  He was the most boring professor ever, but after class, he told stories about his life in Poland.  Those stories were remarkable.  Stories from those that have come to this country always fascinate me and make me feel thankful and blessed for living here.

Thank you, Nina Hollander, Broker.  For much of the conference I didn't even notice the build signs were not finished, then it took me a bit to figure out the why.  I thought it was an interesting perspective. I guess I need a few signs that say, under construction.

He is a dynamic and fun speaker, Rocky Dickerson. He had some good ideas as well.

I think I will watch it one or two more times, Joan Cox.  I think she is an interesting speaker and I like the way she does videos. 

Good morning, Grant Schneider.  There is always so much to learn.  I didn't realize that real estate could change so much, but since I have been in the business, there has been so much change.  It certainly has not been dull.
