On September 16, 2021, California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported the single family homes values higher 2.1% to the price of $827,940 in August of 2021 from price of $811,170 in July of 2021, and rose 17.1% from price of $706,900 in August of 2020 in California.
There were 414,860 single family homes sold in California in August of 2021 declined 3.3% from 428,980 in July of 2021, and lower 10.9% from 465,400 home sales in August of 2020. The average price for a square foot was $395.00 in August of 2021 increased from $315.00 in August of 2010 in California.
There were 1.9 months supplies of available inventory of single family homes in July of 2021, unchanged from 1.9 months in July of 2021, but decreased from 2.1 months in August of 2020 in California.
An average it took 9.0 days to sell a single family home in August 2021, up from 8.0 days in July of 2021, but dropped from 13.0 days in August of 2020 in California.
