Fronting of Appraisal Fees!

When ordering an appraisal through TruClose, you'll have the option for TruClose to front the appraisal fee!

Remember those loans that didn't close due to the fact your borrowers did not have the money to pay up front for their appraisal?

Well, this will no longer be an issue, nor will you have to front the money yourself! Once the loan is ready to close, we'll simply add our appraisal fee to the HUD-1!

The only requirement is that if the loan doesn't close, we will bill your borrowers.
