Inland Empire, California Homes Sales & Values Report August 2021

On September 16, 2021, California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported that homes values lower 1.7% to the price of $520,000 in August of 2021 from price of $529,000 in July of 2021, but rose 19.5% from price of $435,000 in August of 2020 in Inland Empire, California. While, homes sales declined 6.3% in August of 2021 from July of 2021, and fell 14.4% from August of 2010 in Inland Empire, California.

There were 2.2 months supplies of available inventory of homes in July of 2021, higher from 2.0 months in July of 2021, and increased from 2.1 months in August of 2020 in Inland Empire, California.

An average it took 10.0 days to sell a home in August 2021, up from 9.0 days in July of 2021, but dropped from 20.0 days in August of 2020 in Inland Empire, California.
