gay marriage good for the real estate market??

While I can't see the new California law allowing gay marriage to really make any kind of dent in the real estate market, an article on Inman News' website claims "Agents hope same-sex marriages will spark real estate sales." One brokerage in San Diego is even going so far as to offer rebates of as much as 33% of newly married couples who use their services to purchase properties.
