Teri, I hate to keep repeating myself but the prices there are incredible, you get SO much for your money! This home and garden is just beautiful, I hope it goes fast on the market and am sure it will.

It's nice to see a house so neat and clean. Is that a real fireplace???

Teri, I thought this house was beautiful already until I got to the garden photo. Very stunning and relaxing. Good luck with the sale.

I never have gotten how your addresses work - is Wyoming a town or a neighborhood? I always think you have moved when I see a listing with Wyoming on it

Carole--There are so many wonderful homes at incredible prices in Minnesota. We are spoiled as we get so much in a well priced home around here...especially in the north metro area!

Lenn--Yes it is a real, gas fireplace. The homeowner is a carpenter and wanted a larger, more dramatic mantle space above.

April--Yes the roses are blooming but that picture is from last fall. The flowers will be that beatiful again soon!

Chris--Yep...Wyoming, MN is located in the northern suburbs of St. Paul along I35 just to the north of Forest Lake.

Teri--Thanks! It is a very nice home...The homeowner worked hard to finish the basement recently with the extra bedroom, bath and family room.

Lizette--This home is very well priced for all of the features that it has! Aren't the roses wonderful?

Ray--Thanks!! Homes have to be very well priced in MN to attract buyers. This homeowner really wants the home sold and has priced accordingly. A buyer will get a great deal on this property with all of the features it has!

Gary--It is a beautiful garden and there is a wonderful pond in the backyard if you go to my website and see the additional photos. Thanks for the comments.

Karen--It is hard to sell a home in the Wyoming MN area without a 3 car garage. With all of the snowmobile trails, larger yards and lakes in the area, homeowners are bound to have one or two "toys" to store!

Thesa--Wyoming is a town/city just to the north of Forest Lake, Minnesota. It is part of the huge Forest Lake school district that I cover....There are 13 communities in four different counties that attend Forest Lake High School. I do a lot of work in Wyoming, MN so be prepared to see another listing or two in the future. :)
