It is Sunday finally and what a week! Laura closed a tough deal, and mine was pretty smooth. Have another buyer in from the Western Slope and wrote on a property, but did not get the home. Have never shown or sold a geodesic dome home before, it was very cool and on 2.5 acres with fantastic mountain views. Another buyer wants to rewrite on a home that had numerous inspection issues, they were the FIFTH buyer and make an offer AS IS and move forward. (The seller has removed the home from the market) This sure will be interesting, since there were other inspection issues found, and not disclosed by either the Seller or the listing agent.
Looking forward to watching the Bronco game today at 11, and hope they play well. Our Quarterback had a concussion in last week's game, but he may play this week, we shall see.
This coming week there is S N O W in the forecast. The forecasters go back and
forth about whether or not Denver will see snow, or if it will stay above 8000 feet. The overnight temperatures will dip to 32°, so definitely time to unhook hoses and think about blowing out sprinklers.
