The Colors Of Fall Are Coming 2

The colors are starting to pop here in the Mid Atlantic also.  Very brisk morning looks like fall is here to stay a while.

I love the colors of fall on the East Coast.  The college I went to in South Hadley, Mass had a holiday for the students know as Mountain Day.  We all wen to check out the leave and do whatever else we wanted to.  A

Hi Ed- what beautiful colors!!!!!  I can remember my first experience with a true fall...we were living in Leesburg, VA. There was a stunning tree with vibrant yellow leaves on it and the winds came along and whoosh...most of them were gone. 

Your part of the country is famous for it's fall colors, Ed.  Our leaves here in Sacramento haven't really began to change yet.

Great photos Ed. Because of all the rain we have had, it is taking a longer time for our Autumn leaves to appear. Seems yours are more aggressive than ours.

Hi Ed... each year I think that the colors can't get more beautiful... and then the next year I'm amazed all over again and think the same thing.

I enjoy this type of progression series where we get to see the changes from week to week.

Hello Ed,  miss the fall colors of the east coast and would take lots of pictures of them in my teens back there.

Hi Ed Silva - Your feature picture is absolutely stunning.  WE get some red but mostly yellow and orange color but it mixed in with a lot of evergreens so it is not as striking.
