On October 19, 2021, California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported homes values down 0.7% to the price of $755,000 in September of 2021 from price of $760,000 in August of 2021, but jumped 15.0% from price of $656,750 in September of 2020 in Southern California. While, homes sales higher 1.5% in September of 2021 from August of 2021, but lower 8.3% from in September of 2020 in Southern California.
There were 1.9 months supplies of available inventory of homes in September of 2021, unchanged from 1.9 months in August of 2021, but declined from 2.1 months in September of 2020 in Southern California. An average it took 10.0 days to sell a home in September 2021, up 9.0 days in August of 2021, but unchanged from 10.0 days in September of 2020 in Southern California.
