Well hello Ray and Lola,

How nice that you two stopped by.  I just went up to load another photo and a link and found your comments.  How nice of you two.  Somehow I missed your messages, I've been a little busy lately and haven't been up to ar much at all this week.

Btw, I just loaded a link: www.307Swanne.com (the property address), it's the first time I've tried the single property sites.  My title company provided the software and I paid $32 for the address for 1 year.  The link also has lots of great community information., I'll also be adding a little more info as time allows. 

I'm assuming once we find a buyer, he/she/they will forward the link to all of their family to see their new place.  Then (after closing) I will give them the address as a little gift from me.  We will see how it goes.  Have either of you done this before?

Thank you.  Did you take a look at http://http://www.307swanee.com/?  I've got a little more to load on at this point, I've just had a few other commitments today.  I really like that fact that it has so many community links, etc. for this area. And it was up and running in less than 24 hours of signing up.

The software is Listing Promoter and it's in conjunction with Chicago Title in CA.
