When it comes to values one need only go back a couple of years to see the appreciation that has escalated so quickly and so recently

Hi Joan I go into the way-back machine on occasion to see what I wrote and to read comments. I see members that are no longer blogging and would love to see them back. 

Hi Joan Cox - There is so much information out there that is timeless and of course, as you have stated, values have changed dramatically, and looking back can make your head spin. 

Eevery once in a while, I see a comment and I think "I don't remember that"

Naturally, of course, it is because I wrote that post years and years ago

I rarely go back into the archives but I know there are a lot of great posts there with information that would be beneficial even in today's market.
