Such a cool new word,  SEO,  Search Engine Optimization,  something that all Realtors better know about to stay in business in the next few years.  Now you can still do business the old way,  person to person, really the best way.  But with the use of the Internet today, thanks to Al Gore, even your best friend will be searching for homes before you know anything about it.  The next call you get is "Hey Gary would you mind coming over and looking at this house we just wrote a contract on............" do you feel that sinking feeling like I do.  So I better find a way to get my site near the top of the search engines (Google) for the areas I want to find my new clients and the great old ones.  If 80 to 85 percent start their search on-line,  just wait 10 years, the virtual tours willl be a walking virtual tour and we'll just write the offer virtually.  So we as Realtors need to be ready for the future.  I plan to use whatever edge I can find too keep my name if front of the masses, if that means hiring the best then that's what I'll do.  What is the old saying "lead, follow, or get out of the way". 

So remember me when you think of Charlotte NC Real Estate, only 80,000 people are moving here each year,  why you ask.  Well let me see?  Mainly because of myCharlotteHometeam.com  I can only wish that is true. 

Google me try Charlotte real estate and look for me there.  My webmaster keeps me on the first page of google on the organic side for only $ a few hundred per month.  It has made the difference for our team during this slow down,  What slow down, we are covered up with clients and leads.
