Residential Real Estate For Sale in Addison Texas

The total number of currently available residential properties for sale in Addison, Texas is 21, as compared to 26 last month.  Seventeen are pre-owned and 4 are new construction at Addison Grove. Currently for sale, there are:

  • 7 single family homes (ranging in price from $399,900 - $3,750,000)
  • 1 half-duplex ($414,000)Addison Timbers HOA Home
  • 4 condos ($159,900 – $525,000)
  • 9 townhomes ($398,000 - $1,350,000)

Thirteen of the available homes have been on the market for longer than 30 days.

There were 9 closings this month, compared to the 31 last month. In September, the new construction condos at Meridian Square were ready for occupancy, so the numbers were higher than normal last month. The average list price to sold price ratio is 100.05%, up from last month’s 99.85%.

Pre-owned: The median number of days on the market was 26 days, while the previous month the median was 12.  The average number of days on the market was 28 days. The range in October for the previously owned homes was 3 days to 71 days. The average price per square foot of all previously owned homes that sold is $220.55, up from last month’s $215.54 average.
