Moving internationally is fraught with intrigue especially during COVID. My team of professionals was ready the minute they vacated to paint, clean, maintain the yard yard, stage and photograph the house. My new best friend became “What’s app” to communicate! Venmo became a viable way for them to pay vendors.
We just closed with a remote notary and the new owners are delighted to take possession! I love it when it all comes together like that!
