Real Estate Sales Representative with Gulf Coast Realty

My best friend and business partner, Gerard Maher (now a licensed Broker in San Diego, CA) told me about Active Rain. After several hours of reading through all of the wonderful things available, I am so excited that he invited me to join! I am a Broker of Gulf Coast Realty and although we service the entire MS Gulf Coast - I specialize in Harrison, Hancock and Jackson Counties.

I am very blessed to have the most beautiful, delightful, healthy and happy 3 year old little girl, named Kendall Nicole. (I am absolutely crazy about her!)

If you or anyone you know is interested in moving to the Mississippi Gulf Coast, please give them my number! I will take care of them and will keep you posted every step of the way!

Hi Candice (C) :) , Welcome to ActiveRAin!!!! Kendalll is the Bestest 3 year old I ever did meet!!!!

But even more important, if you are doing business with an agent in the Gulf Coast area of Mississippi, Candice is a Great Agent. I remember working with her as her partner, and finding her up all night painting the inside of a listing, just to help it sell quicker. She did this for FREE on her own time! Now I am not saying she would ever do something as crazy as that anymore, (especially with a 3 year old around) but... she is Super Dedicated to her clients and getting them what they need!
