The number of total sales for October 2021 was up slightly over October 2020.  The median price was up considerably again this month.  The number of days on the market rose slightly.

 

The average number of offers received per listing in October 2021 was less than half of what seller's received in October 2020.  This could be a sign that the market is starting to stabilize a bit.  It could be that there are fewer buyers looking now and/or that less buyers are now qualified to buy due to rising prices.  The average selling price in October 2021 was slightly above asking price in most cases.
