There are several beautiful and historic homes to choose from at Stiles Point Plantation. It also has a wide variety of waterfront properties along Kushiwah Creek Drive, which can be easily accessed by boat to the nearby harbor. The Ravenel Bridge and Downtown Charleston can be seen from a closer vantage point from Stiles Point.

 

A 5 to 10-minute drive from your home will bring you to some of the city's best parks, theaters, and restaurants. Stiles Point Plantation is a great place to raise a family because of its excellent school district. Stiles Point Elementary School, Camp Road Middle School, and James Island Charter High School are all located in the area. Those living on the island are assigned to these schools. Porter-Gaud and Ashley Hall, two of South Carolina's best private schools, are only a short drive away.

Neighborhood Location

Located on James Island off Harbor View Road, Stiles Point Plantation is only a five-minute drive from downtown Charleston and about a ten- to fifteen-minute drive from Folly Beach. Numerous attractions are within a short distance only, including the Harbor View Presbyterian Church, the Schoolhouse Fair, the James Island Yacht Club, and several excellent schools, including La Petite Academy of Charleston and Stiles Point Elementary School. On the James Island Connector, residents take a right onto Harbor View Road and travel straight to the downtown (one of the simplest commutes available). The neighborhood has a five-acre private recreation space with playground equipment, ball fields, picnic tables, and a tennis court that you can enjoy.
