You are a wise man George Souto people don't realize how much work it is to manage property and being that Vacasa has such a large audience, self-managers are losing out on revenue even though they think they are saving on a management fee, haha.

It would be the way I would go as well Carol Williams I would not want to manage a property myself.

I have done some property management myself Sheri Sperry - MCNE® enough to know that I never want to do it again, haha.  I have a great deal of respect for good property managers.

If given the choice of me not having to do anything and making more money or me having to do everything and make less money Michael Jacobs the choice seems very easy to me, haha.  So many people think they can do it better themselves though and convince themselves of that.
