Want to know how the pros tackle bad reviews online? We chatted with Adrienne Digles, who manages the 29-person reputation management team at Vacasa. Her team audits and responds to reviews across the web, including on Airbnb, Vrbo, Yelp, Facebook, and Instagram—not to mention our own platform, Vacasa.com.
